Fully Automatic Mask Production Line (1+1)

I.  Line Introduction

Fully Automatic Mask Production Line (1+1) can only produce disposable flat masks, not N95 and three-dimensional masks. Whether the mask is medical is not related to the machine. As long as the mask is sterilized, the mask produced by this equipment can be used for surgical masks.

This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of plane mask:the whole roll of cloth is driven by roller after being unrolled, and the cloth is folded and wrapped automatically;the nose bridge strip is rolled up for traction and unrolled. After cutting with a fixed length, it’s enter into the edge cloth. The two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, and then are sealed by ultrasonic lateral sealing,then cut to shape by cutter.The mask is transported to two mask ear belt welding stations through the assembly line, and finally formed through ultrasonic welding.The mask will be transported to the flat belt line for collection through the assembly line after finished.

II.  Characteristics

• This machine can produce 1--4 layer non-woven body masks. Adjustable size, it can produce 125--180mm long and 80--110mm wide mask. The thickness of the mask can be adjusted within a certain range. The length of the nose line can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can produce non-standard of any length when changing the mold. The mask can produce single and double nose masks. The covered rubber band is placed in the conveyor belt box, the rubber bands at both ends of the mask are automatically conveyed and sheared, and the welding is firm, and the equipment is completed by the machine at one time, the output is high, thescrap rate is low, and the operation is easy, and the appearance adopts the aluminum alloy structure.
• The mask is output by the conveyor belt, the speed is adjustable, the film is neat, the product quality isstable, the operation is convenient, and the production efficiency is high.
• All-aluminum profile machine is neat and beautiful, no welding, no spray paint. Man-machine interface touch screen control, built-in time, total output, same day output, set number automatic alarm and stop, digital key adjustment film speed.
• The motor adopts imported motor from Taiwan, and the magnetic wheel has a braking function with a low speed.
